| Contributions Our 7th Tradition Every A.A. group
ought to be fully self-supporting,
declining outside contributions. Please send contributions payable to NE Ohio General Service to: NE Ohio General Service P.O. Box 91384 Cleveland, Ohio 44101 Long form of Tradition 7 The A.A. groups themselves ought to be
fully supported by the voluntary
contributions of their own members. We think that each group should
soon achieve this ideal; that any public solicitation of funds using
the name of Alcoholics Anonymous is highly dangerous, whether by
groups, clubs, hospitals, or other outside agencies; that acceptance of
large gifts from any source, or of contributions carrying any
obligation whatever, is unwise. Then too, we view with much concern
those A.A. treasuries which continue, beyond prudent reserves, to
accumulate funds for no stated A.A. purpose. Experience has often
warned us that nothing can so surely destroy our spiritual heritage as
futile disputes over property, money, and authority.

Plan
Since we have
active
Central & Intergroup Offices in NE Ohio, we suggest that groups
practice GSO's suggested 50-30-10-10 plan. To use this plan: first pay
your group bills and make sure you have literature on hand for the
newcomer. Then subtract
off your prudent reserve (for some groups this is nothing at all, they
trust
their membership to see them through, others hold back 2-3 months
rent).
The balance is sent to four (4) service entities. Contribution
